Board Minutes

CIFO is the combined operation of two legal entities, the Office of the Financial Services Ombudsman (Guernsey) and the Office of the Financial Services Ombudsman (Jersey), referred to as the two OFSOs. The boards of directors for each of the two OFSOs are composed of the same directors appointed jointly by the States of Guernsey and States of Jersey. The board meetings are generally held concurrently with separate minutes completed for each. Any sections in the minutes that are only relevant to one of the OFSOs are greyed out in the minutes of the other.
